These are people who are looking for a fun way to get their friends together, and when they agree to host a party with you, you want to make sure you give them that “exceptional” experience where they will remember getting together, having fun with their friends, and enjoying the fruits of sampling and buying your products.
Your job is to give them that “exceptional” experience. The way to insure you have exceptional high sales and get future bookings of course is to work with your hostess to help her invite the RIGHT BUYING GUESTS to her party.
Who are the RIGHT BUYING GUESTS?
- They are her friends who love your products and want to buy your products!
- It’s that simple! The key is to help her come up with a guest list of the RIGHT BUYING GUESTS.
- Don’t leave it up to her, work with her on her guest list.
COACH YOUR HOSTESS TO GET THE RIGHT BUYING GUESTS
Take the time to coach your hostess and “connect” with her about who to invite to her party. The BEST time to have a conversation about the RIGHT BUYING guests is within 24-48 hours after she agrees to book a party. You don’t want to let a week go by because by then, she will have forgotten and maybe even want to cancel.
10 HOT QUESTIONS TO GET 10 RIGHT BUYING GUESTS AT EVERY PARTY
Remind your hostess about the great benefits she’ll receive at her party, and let her know that the ultimate successful party is when she has 10 guests who enjoy your party experience. Then, ask her to make a list from the questions you ask about her friends.
Begin with, “Suzie, I want to remind you about the generous hostess benefits that are available to you when you host. In order for us to get the maximum rewards, we recommend you invite 10 guests to your party. Let’s start making a list and I’ll ask you a few questions.”
Question 1. Which of your girlfriends loves (your line of products)? E.G. skincare products, fashion, chemically free, jewelry, etc.) She might say, “That would be Francine?” Great, write her name down.
GET HER TO START WRITING DOWN A LIST OF GUEST NAMES
Question 2. Now, do you know someone who really needs your type of products, but is on a budget? Carol? Terrific, add her name to the list. (people on a budget usually become your first booking.)
Question 3. Which of your friends is a shopaholic? She immediately knows this friend and says, Mary! Add her to the list.
Question 4. And, which of your friends “hates” to shop?” Again, she knows this person. She says, Peggy. She may ask why would invite her? Well these women hates taking time at the mall and will love the relaxed home shopping environment.
Question 5. This brings me to a friend who is always the life of the party. These women are very social and know lots of people and would probably book a future party. Let your hostess know two bookings adds to her free rewards.
Question 6. Name your friends who are into – (your industry of products). This might be exercise, healthy living, beauty. It’s this question that helps the hostess think about groups of friends where she can invite the right guests.
Question 7. What’s the name of your friend who needs a fun night out with the girls right now. This is helping the hostess think about the fun her girlfriends will have to de-stress and enjoy being together. it’s this experience that will help the hostess think about joining your team because you’re helping others enjoy your products.
Question 8. Which of your friends do you think need extra income right now? This could actually be your hostess- she might say – THAT’S ME! or perhaps she invites a friend who is looking for an opportunity and becomes your next recruit.
Question 9. Who is the friend that loves to redecorate her home and is having summer pool or patio get-togethers? This is a great prospect for her second booking.
Question 10. Lastly, who do you know who works in an office with 10 or more women. Inviting one or two means they will go back and share the exceptional experience they had at your party.
Having this conversation with your Hostess, gives her a clear guideline of WHO to invite! Be sure to have her write the names on a list, so all she has to do is to connect and invite them to the party.
Getting very very specific with your hostess getting names of her friends on her guest list will help you get the RIGHT BUYING GUESTS to the party who will love your products and buy your products. don’t leave it up to chance so she invites anyone. You may get 10 people at your party who can’t afford to buy anything! When those guests arrive you will know something about each person.
