The process of focusing for 10 weeks on one special project is a lesson in taking action in your business each week. Today, our 10th week, my tip for you is not about “selling” (you know how to do that now), it’s about “recruiting in December.”

Traditionally in December people are not taking a lot of action especially in the last two weeks, and some people think it’s a slow month in direct sales. But, ask yourself a question,

“How can I make next year my best year ever?”

The answer is simple, DON’T STOP IN DECEMBER! This is the most social month of the year. This is the month you will probably greet, meet and rub shoulders with more people than any other month in the year. This is the month when people are smiling more, greeting others more, and saying “hello” more than any other time of the year.

How can you make next year, 2016, your best year ever? By staying focused during the WHOLE month of December and taking as much action as you can. It is one of the best months of the year to join a direct sales business, so keep alert and talk to people and find ways to share your opportunity during THIS month.

Distinguish yourself from the masses. Stay “in” your business and have conversations about your amazing opportunity. Build relationships, share with people how you help others become financially free everywhere you go.

Instead of sharing your opportunity with one or two people, make a commitment to double, triple, quadruple that now in December. Let them know there are 10 excellent reasons why NOW is the best time of the year to join a Direct Sales business.

Create this momentum in your business in DECEMBER and start January 2016 ready to add multiple people to your team. Ask yourself, “How can I talk to more people faster in December?” How you start the first week of the year is how the REST of the year will turn out. How you set the pace for 2016 will set up the speed of your whole year.
