What is your Referral Rewards Program in 2012?
I believe every customer knows 10 people. If you build a deep relationship and offer value to your customers, she will introduce you to TEN new customers. So, if you have 20 customers in your client base today and you build these solid relationships with them, serve them, take care of them, you have the potential to grow your client base to 200!
Referral programs help you generate new circles of business!
One of the most successful referral systems I used was the "Girlfriend Gift certificate" program. I rewarded customers with a certain dollar amount to every new referral who bought $100 or more. That amount was doubled it the person joined my team.
Create a REFERRAL postcard (use Vistaprint) that says, "As me about my Referral Rewards Program and earn GIRLFRIEND GIFT CERTIFICATES!" Hand these postcards out at every party or networking events. Educate people on the type of referral you’re looking for.
