I was so proud of a coaching client today. In our coaching session, she realized what she wants to change in 2012 is how she shares her expectations with her team. This was a paradigm shift for her because of our conversaton about what she would want to change in her business. And that’s today’s question.

What would you most like to change in your business in 2012?
Sometimes we are forced to look at what we would do differently in our business. Perhaps we’re not getting enough bookings we’d like, or we’re not recruiting the right kind of people on our team. Whatever the reason, it’s like we hear the call, and then we go down the road of frustration and uncertainty and finally we make the decision it’s time to make a leap of faith and change it up!
Change is part of an unknown journey. Look at your business and decide what you want to change in 2012 and then consdier these points.
- what is the worst that could happen?
- Who will the change impact?
- What do you need to have in place to feel okay about this change?
- What do you need to do before making the change?
- Who will support you and how?
- How will you make it work?
- What kind of attitude must you have to make this change?
- How will you celebrate your successes along the way?
The key here is when you decide to make the change, you are playing bigger than you’re playing now! WOO HOO to you!
