Now that you’ve inked, visualized and written down your goals for 2012, it’s time to break them down into bite size pieces so you can track your results.
2012 Success Plan Question #24
Break Down your goals to track your results.
Some of you may have heard of the strategy called, "Hunks, Chunks and Bites." Many companies use this system when projecting their campaigns and plans.
HUNKS are goals with a 3-month time period. This is perfect going into the first quarter of 2012.
Describe the goal. What is the end in mind? What will result in the big picture of this goal finishing in three months? Be specific.
CHUNKS are strategies or a plan with a set of instructions.
What needs to happen? Set up an activity plan. Make a list of action steps. Set timelines on the action steps.
BITES are tactics or steps to making the plan work. I call it a "Working Works" plan.
Schedule the steps. Give yourself deadlines. Make sure they are in the sequence they need to happen. How will you stay accountable?
You’ve heard the term, "eating the elephant one bite at a time." Break down your goals into bite-sized targets. Build your business around the model of the party. Book, Sell, Recruit.
What is your booking plan? Are you a CALENDAR GIRL team member? Or a leader, working with a team of CALENDAR GIRLS?
What is your selling plan? Do you set goals to have $1000 parties and serve your hostesses by having high hostess credits with high sales?
What is your recruiting plan? Are you confident in sharing your business opportunity? How many team members need your help in building their recruiting confidence?
How will you track your book, sell, recruit plan results?
