If you’re answering these 31 questions, you’re creating a fantastic success plan for your business for 2012 and all the previous questions have led you to the next THREE questions which are actually exercises to help you jump into action.

Setting goals is part of what we do.  When we know what we want, we can usually see it in our mind. Once we see it in our mind, there are three important actions we must take to insure we will persist and focus on what we really want.  Therefore, I have combined the next three questions and if you do these three exercises, I will promise you, you will accomplish more than you thought possible in 2012.

2012  Success Plan Questions #21, #22,  #23

Question #21 – Ink it , don’t think it!

  •  What will it look like, feel like, smell like, taste and sound like?
  •   What will your systems look like?
  •   How will you communicate your goal with your team?
  •   How will you manage your time?
  •   What props will you have in your office to track your goal?

Writing down the details of your goals and dreams is all about making commitments.  When you write something down, it drives your commitment to accomplish it much deeper than before.  Your resolve is stronger.  You persist in the face of frustrations and challenges.

Question #22 – Vision Board it!

Albert Einstein said, "Imagination is everything.  It is the preview of life’s coming attractions. Visualization or the act of creating compelling and vivid pictures in your mind may be the most underutilized success tool you possess because it greatly accelerates the achievement of any success."

Now that you’ve written down your goals, create your Business Vision board.  Simply get a pile of magazines on topics related to your passions or search the internet and print off pictures you want.  Cute them out and arrange them on a big poster board and put your vision board in a place where you look at it every day.  I believe Vision boards really work in attracting what you want.

Question #23 – Now, write yourself a letter!

Write yourself a letter and date it December 31, 2012.  Write this letter as if you have had the most amazing year in 2012.  Write about each of your goals and the positive results that happened.  Write about the growth of your team and your financial success!  Fill this letter with ALL the successes you want to happen in 2012.

So, today’s question is really a CALL TO ACTION!  Write it!  Vision Board it!  Write a letter!
