5 Hot Tips to Plan a Successful Summer of Opportunity

This summer people are emerging from a long sleep. They have been secluded and missing the interaction of getting together to smile at one another, listen to each other’s stories and having fun together within arm’s reach.

#1 Set your intentions to connect– What do you want to happen over the summer months in your business? When you set your intentions you and you say them out loud, you’re making a decision. This decision is setting a goal to be successful over these next three months of the summer of 2021. This decision of setting intentions is verifying you have a plan to succeed over this summer of opportunity.

#2 Set summer business hours – Find at least FIVE 3-hour blocks of team every week for your business. Summer is when schedules change. Routines change. Kids are out of school. We plan our days differently over summer to take advantage of getting out of the house, and being with people. Your summer business hours are important and when you work at least 15 hours every week around your busy summer life, your business will prosper.

#3 Offer fun, theme parties events– Parties are the engine that runs your business. Book theme parties that will attract hostesses in June, July, and August. In my FREE Facebook community I recently posted about Theme parties. #4 Focus on building relationships and offer your opportunity. The key to building a team over summer is to build strong relationships to discover who is looking for an opportunity. To do that I recommend you hold weekly recruiting conversations with people and set a goal to have 10 new team members by September 1. #5 Schedule and plan Summer Social Media – Don’t let summer slip by because you’re too busy to post. Be organized and schedule posts and most of all be consistent every week especially in your VIP Customer group.
