What was the biggest risk you took in 2011?
There are many kinds of risks. Sometimes a "risk" implies danger, tension and possible loss. If you look at the positive side, the "risk" might be investing in something or someone and getting huge rewards, or it might simply be taking a chance.
When you write the answer to this question, check your confidence level around this risk. Did you stretch yourself when you took this risk? Were you able to define a strength or talent you thought you never had?
Taking a "risk" is about having the confidence to make a decision and trusting your own best judgment.
