Direct Sales entrepreneurs love having the freedom to organize their week so they feel in control of their life.  However, they also know it’s easy to get sucked down rabbit holes that consume your time.

You look at the clock and it’s 4:30  pm and you realize you’ve been online all day.  It happens to all of us in spite of having the best intentions to follow a to-do list, stay on top of targets and hit certain deadlines.

We all have the same amount of hours in a day.  It’s how we choose to organize these hours to work on our business, find time for family and find the energy to get things done.

Use Direct Sales Planner system to organize your Direct Sales Week.

It’s this system I teach all my coaching clients and it helps them make the most out of the time they assign to work their business.

Sunday Planning!    If you want to have your BEST WEEK, then you must (not should) schedule a one-hour time slot every Sunday to plan your week.   When you plan your week, you wake up Monday morning feeling confident, knowing you have your ducks in a row to have a successful week.  I believe you should try to conquer 3 priority goals each week.  Then, you simply schedule everything in your planner.   And I mean EVERYTHING!   Even the little things like, “Go to the Bank.”   Then the biggest bonus is to sync everything in my planner with my Iphone so I get my notification dings 10 minutes before each one

Time Blocking!  This is actually part of my Sunday planning.  Every week I know exactly how much time I have available to spend on my business.  Because I look at my week and ask myself these three questions..

  • What are my non-negotiables or commitments for the week?
  • What are my fun lifestyle appointments for the week?
  • What’s left over are the blocks of time to work my business.

Social media Scheduling! This is the number one struggle my clients have in organizing their time.  I know that the social media platforms have FREE schedulers, but if you invest in a scheduler where you are on ALL social media platforms with one post, it will SAVE you time.  These schedulers are not expensive.  I use Cinchshare which is only $10/month and they also have great tutorials and training available every month for Direct Sellers.  This is my “link” and I am an affiliate.

  1. Focus on four areas.  Direct Sales entrepreneurs know the importance of our business model of book, sell and recruit!   My Direct Sales Planner is designed to help you create an action plan around four specific areas in your business.   Once you’ve organized your activities in these four areas, you business will run like a well-oiled machine.  They are
  • Party/Bookings. Time is spent keeping your calendar consistently full and holding parties.
  • Recruiting activities. Time is scheduled to share your opportunity every week.
  • New Lead Generation. Time is spent attracting new customers to try your products and buy your products.  We do this with a specific marketing strategy and building new relationships.
  • Follow up Activities. When you’re organized with a system to follow up with customers, hostesses, prospects and new leads, you’ll notice your business is growing.
  1. Time for Self Care. As Direct Sales entrepreneurs we tend to forget to take some time off.  People ask me how many hours a week I work.  I tell them it’s not how many hours, it’s how many hours I organize my week to work.  And in that organizing, I make time set aside time for my own self care.  That’s why it’s important to have systems in place so you don’t have burn out and you have time to schedule a massage, a day at the spa, time for reading, and exercising.

Organizing your Direct Sales Business can be tricky, but if you follow these five ways and use a planner like the 2021 Direct Sales Planner system, you’ll find you FEEL confident.  You’ll find you FEEL in control of working you business with intention EVERY WEEK!

Now, more than ever, when we are doing 90% of our business online, we need to be more ORGANIZED and have systems to follow.  Don’t miss out on following the 2021 Direct Sales Planner System.
