February is one of the most important months in the year for many of my coaching clients because they need a specific SALES GOAL hit their company trip incentive.
Some are just a few hundred dollars away to the top level, some have hit one level and are stretching to hit the next level.
They understand that it takes a course of actions, with different selections in adding sales to hit their sales goals. They have been introduced to my MENU OF EVENTS in the Direct Sales Planner system, that keeps them focused on selecting the best way to hit their sales goal every month.
This MENU OF EVENTS gives them the latitude to reach more people and have more sales so they know at any time during the month they are on target to hit their goal to WIN THE TRIP!
Let’s review the MENU for you today so you can implement this to hit your SALES GOAL this month!
#1 Hold Virtual parties. Of course, this is the #1 strategy to having high sales. My coaching client messaged me this week sharing she had a $5,000 sales month holding 7 parties. Right now, virtual parties are key to your success. There are platforms to choose like Facebook, Zoom, Sqwee Vizzlie. You can even create a party through a group in Instant Messenger or “What’s app” app. In the Journey to Leadership Coaching program, the GOAL for every party is to have “10 Buying customers” at every party. This is the FASTEST and STRONGEST way to hit your sales goal every month. If you’re struggling with virtual parties, you’ll want to follow my 8-step Virtual Party Course.
#2 Customer Follow-up connections. If I were to give you an assignment to follow up with 5 customers every day via text or telephone, would you be consistent and do it every day? This is the NEXT BEST way to have high sales. Customers love to hear from you and you should want to know how they are loving their products. Having a daily task of connecting with 5 customers every day will not only build great relationships with customers, it will bring you re-orders to add to your monthly sales goal. Many of my clients have $300 and more in re-orders every week working with this simple system.
#3 Fundraisers. If you have a penchant for helping others in need, holding fundraisers for organizations you want to help is a great way to add SALES to your monthly goal. Many times, I would donate my commission or a percentage of sales. It’s a great way to give back and be thankful for your business that allows you to help others in need.
#4 Group Presentations. Many organizations are looking for a FREE presentation or workshop on “Healthy Routines” or “How to Dress for Success” or “How to live chemically free.” Your products lend themselves to helping groups of people learn more about your products. These lead to building NEW customers and NEW sales that add up to your monthly sales goal.
#5 VIP Customer Group. ALL of my clients have very strong Customer VIP Groups where they share TOP value with their customers. One of my clients says, Think about your customers and ask, “What do they want This is Customer Care!” She goes LIVE at least 4-5 times a week. She never mentions PRICE in her product posts – only facts, benefits and solutions of products. She includes things from her personal life in her posts and live videos. However, the IMPACT of going live increased and offering these solutions helped her have high sales and earn her company TRIP INCENTIVE! Wow!
#6 Private appointments. Today we are holding these mostly via zoom or facetime. Private appointments are for busy people who either are not familiar with your products, or don’t have time to attend a party. They sometimes invite one or two friends, which I call, a “You plus 2” appointment.
This PERSONAL attention, not only helps you hit your SALES goal, it builds amazing customer loyalty when you use your customer follow-up system. Many of my private appointments converted to a booking.
#7 Email Marketing. This is one of those areas that is over-looked by many direct sellers. An email list is simply a list of customers/subscribers that you store on a platform like mailchimp or constant contact. You build relationships when you are consistent in sending them content about product solutions, company updates and fun ideas in an email. You have probably heard before the saying, “the money is in the list.” Well it has to be YOUR list. Social media platforms do not belong to us, so it’s important you build your customer list that BELONGS to you! You can send ONE email with valuable content and generate sales from that one email blast to hit your monthly sales goal.
So, now you have a MENU OF EVENTS to follow so you will hit your SALES TARGETS, in February or any month of the year.
