heartsOn a TEAM Facebook page this week, a I read this post.“I love being part of this group and this company. It has been such a fantastic journey since I met the CEO back in March and then again meeting my best friend at convention. I know that this TEAM is the right fit for me!”

This reminded me of that saying, “Love what you do, and you’ll never work another day in your life.”  How many times do you hear someone say,

  • “I HAVE to go to work!”or
  • “I HATE going to work!” or
  • “I WISH I didn’t have to go to work!”

That’s because they don’t love what they do!

  • Their job isn’t FUN!
  • Their job doesn’t give them the choice to work on a flex schedule!
  • Their job doesn’t make it easy to reach their goals!
  • Their job doesn’t offer amazing support and leadership training!
  • Their job doesn’t offer rewards & recognition!
  • Their job doesn’t allow them the freedom to dream!

That’s why you LOVE being a Direct Sales entrepreneur. Your business offers you ALL of the above.

It’s FALL and it’s the most productive time of the year! Pay attention to the people who are not in LOVE with their job as they are great prospects for your business.

At your parties share why you joined your company, and why you LOVE It!  There may be a guest who’s sitting in the audience who wishes she didn’t have to go to her J.O.B. and when you share how much fun you’re having and the money you’re making and why you LOVE your business, this guest will want to know more!

LISTEN to the party chatter and find a way to have intimate conversations with guests. Find out who is bored with their job or work in a place that doesn’t have a fun environment. Having intimate conversations, you’ll recognize this person immediately.

At social and networking events when meeting people look for these clues, people who are not satisfied with their job. Extend an invitation to them to see your products and begin to build a relationship. Share with them why you LOVE your business and let them know there is a way to love what you do.

When having conversations with these prospects, plant a seed with a statement like, “You planting250x333should look at joining my team right now, we have a special offer, and we have so much FUN in our team!” Follow up the next day and ask her to meet you for coffee to hear more about your special offer and share the FUN and reasons why she would LOVE being part of your team.  This is my little grandson planting seeds in pre-school this year WITH LOVE.  He can’t wait to see them grow.

It’s fall and the most social time of the year.   You will inevitably meet lots of people who are not satisfied with their job or their work environment. It’s important to be aware and share with them this wonderful industry of direct sales and your amazing team who absolutely LOVE what they do.
