It’s the second month of the year! And there are people out there today who are looking for YOUR OPPORTUNITY! If you want to increase your income, if you want to grow to the next level in your compensation plan, you have to sponsor MORE PEOPLE!
Today I want to share with THREE ways to sponsoring MORE people!
#1 Build a long, long, pipeline of prospects! The way to build your pipeline is to talk to people, build friendships and relationships. The way to find the people who are looking for YOUR opportunity is to get to know people, and build a friendship and relationship. There are several strategies to do this. The first, of course, is holding parties and making your hostess your BFF! The industry standard is 85% of hostesses join a company because they are looking for an opportunity like yours. To build relationships you have to talk to lots of people.
Commit yourself to talk to three people a day on social media or at a networking event, or following up with a customer and hostess. Remember, get to know them first, and find out if they are looking for your opportunity. Then, put them in your pipeline list.
#2 Learn how to INVITE! Once you’ve built the relationship you have to have a tool or an event to INVITE them to hear more about your opportunity. This is the “invitation process.” People in your pipeline list have expressed they are open to hearing more about your opportunity. Choose the best time during this relationship process to INVITE them to your next “opportunity event,” “Take a look call,” or “Team meeting event” or simply make an appointment to meet for coffee to share your opportunity. Learn “what” to say and “how” to invite and make it a point to “invite” every week.
#3 Take Consistent Action! Now, you are out building relationships and building a long pipeline of prospects, and you’ve learned the process of INVITING them to learn more about your opportunity. The THIRD key to sponsoring more people is to simply DO IT OFTEN and consistently!
Work on these three key steps to sponsor more people in your business EVERY day! Make this a priority to
- ALWAYS have a long list of prime prospects to follow up and deepen the relationship until they are ready to hear more.
- ALWAYS INVITE one, two, three or more people to an event, or meet you for a coffee chat conversation to learn more about your opportunity, and
- ALWAYS BE CONSISTENT in doing these actions every day in your business.
