A Predictable Recipe for Success in your Direct Sales Business.

This was not a predictable week! My daughter dropped off a huge bag of fresh tomatoes and said, “Mum, will you make your famous spaghetti sauce?” Then, my husband invited friends over for lunch. Guess what was for lunch?

When my daughter said, make your famous spaghetti sauce, I remembered how I learned that recipe. It was a hands-on lesson from a cousin’s wife who was Italian. They were visiting us in Hawaii and she showed me how to make this wonderful sauce with three simple ingredients. Those ingredients are Olive Oil, Garlic and Tomatoes. It’s the amount you use and the focus you put in to make the sauce that makes it so delicious and successful.

You’d think because of the Corona Virus and the state of affairs in our world right now, that having predictable success might be difficult. Not so, for TWO (yes two, not one) of my coaching client s who have moved up TWO levels in in their Direct Sales Business.

That’s because they are following the predictable success recipe in my Journey to Leadership coaching program. I call it the Duplication Model. In this model, there are THREE systems to follow.

When all these 3 systems come together with the leader’s focus and the team working together, the RECIPE is predictable and successful because everyone moves up.
