Daily journaling helps you reduce stress and anxiety. Writing daily about your emotions helps you understand how to manage your relationships and how you react to deadlines and commitments.
Daily journaling can spark self-discovery. Writing words of gratitude brings to light your deepest feelings about what you really want in your life.
Daily journaling helps you know what next steps to take. As you write about a problem or difficulty, the way opens up on how best to proceed in the situation.

The DAILY JOURNAL keeps me centered and focused on what’s important in my life. Some people think it’s difficult, but if you spend just 5 minutes at the end of the day or the first thing you do when you wake up to express your thoughts, experiences, and emotions, you’ll find you have a clearer picture of how to handle the day with grace and ease.

Some people believe journaling is difficult and baseless, but for me I learn from past experiences and discover new lessons in life.
Things I write about are:
What happened today?
What am I grateful for today?
What is holding me back?
Who do I need to talk to?
What decisions have I made today?
This is a journal to help you write something meaningful every day. You begin each week with “Note to self.” Then, explore your feelings about what significant or relevant happened in your life. Then each day write about your life, your experiences, your thoughts, your highs and lows.

An Morning Routine!
For some, writing your thoughts when you first wake up and ease into gathering your thoughts and setting goals before jumping into the day ahead.

For others, they like to write at the end of the day before bedtime to process the day with words of appreciation, gratitude and thoughtfulness.
The key is to be consistent writing at the same time every day. Write about what happened in your day or thinking thoughts of the day ahead.
