Today, I’m sharing a “Find your Strengths” Assessment. Summer is a perfect time to review what skills you want to improve in your business to position yourself for the coming busy season. I call it “finding the gap.” It’s that missing link in your business that will make the difference in you making more money, growing a more productive team and skyrocketing you to the top of your comp. plan.
Spend 15 minutes reviewing the questions and find the strengths you possess and the ones you want to improve.
