In this incentive I gave them 10 simple ways to help them master their skills at sharing our Business Opportunity which would help them interact and nurture prospects and thus increase their sponsoring. These are the 10 activities
#1 Bring a prospect to a Team Meeting
#2 Invite a prospect to the Team “Take a Look” Call
#3 Make three calls to set appointments with prospects.
#4 Attend live “Opportunity event” in May (preferably with a prospect.)
#5 Invite prospect to a 3-way call with Leader.
#6 Hold a Coffee Chat conversation with prospect
#7 Follow-up with 3 prospects who you shared the biz in last 6 months.
#8 Interview 3 hostesses before parties in May
#9 Schedule a “practice” interview with a friend
#10 Schedule a second three-way call with your leader.
Out of the 10 ways if they actually did SIX OF THE 10 activities, they received a wonderful reward. Of course, as the leader, you must be prepared on YOUR CALENDAR to hold
