February is the month of love! It’s a great month to help your direct sales team members know that they are part of a dynamic and special team, led by YOU!
Start by rewarding your team top sales and recruiting at your team meeting. It was my February team meeting where I recognized my top seller who set her sights to sell $100,000 and achieved her goal. It was my pleasure to reward her with our top team incentive gift.
Share with your team a special “Valentine” gift to all hostesses this month. Create a Facebook VIP Customer and Hostess group and offer valentine specials and show them how to post information how to “love” using your products.
One of the BEST love tips I shared with my team was “Valentine” 
Recruiting Packets. Spruce up your recruiting packets with a big red bow wrapped in a “Godiva” chocolate and a beautiful red rose attached with a hand writing invitation inviting your prospect to join you for a quick cup of coffee next week.
Love helping all the new recruits blossom in the first 30 days of their business this month. Help them have successful launch parties and get a full calendar to receive the new recruit fast start rewards.
Offer 3-way phone calls with your team members and their potential prospects. Show them how to love building a pipeline of prospects.
Send LOVE notes to team members. A hand-written note can go a long way when building your team.
Share with your team how to LOVE meeting new customers and hostesses. Let them know when they are passionate about sharing why they love their business with a jaw-dropping introduction, people will say, “I love it and I need your card immediately.
Help your team to LOVE setting a monthly budget. The beauty of a direct sales business is earning the money you want to pay bills or save for something special.
Share with your team how LOVE sharing being part of an industry that rewards people for helping others.
Get the team excited to be a love magnet this month and attract all the wonderful people and business that’s sitting out there waiting to hear more about your wonderful products and your fantastic business opportunity. When you share with others, you open the possibility for opportunity and as Will Cather says, “miracles will occur.”
Remember, when you share your love, you’re adding value to others. Adding value to others is the path to finding true happiness and fulfillment and to building a strong and dynamic team.
