The next 90 days are the busiest months of the year for direct sales leaders!  Some people sell more, earn more, recruit more than any other time of the year.  It’s the time of year for you and your team to enjoy the bountiful harvest of people who are ready to book parties, ready to buy products and ready to look at new opportunities.

Many Direct sellers emailed me recently that they have taken my challenge to recruit a certain number of people in the next 90 days!   In fact, ALL of my coaching clients are taking the challenge and people are pumped and excited to focus on these exciting, busy months.

If you’re a leader, taking this challenge will help you increase your team and your income! If you’re a leader who is encouraging your team members to take this challenge, this could be that “explosive” growth you’ve been looking for all year.

There are THREE simple steps to achieving goals that I want to share with you during this challenge.  This is something I was taught when I first became a leader and went to my first Leadership training.  It has stuck with me ever since.

I’m going to share the THREE steps in three separate blog posts.  The reason is, that these three steps are so simple, you may say to yourself, “Oh I know that!”  I always say,  if you’re not fully implementing (what you know) in your business consistently every day, then you really don’t know it!  You may think these steps are so simple, you won’t finish reading this blog.  But, believe me, if you pay attention and follow these three steps consistently, you will realize your success.  Let me repeat this simple saying.

“If you’re not fully implementing (what you know) in your business consistently every day, then you really don’t know it!”

So, let’s begin with STEP #1 to achieving your 90 day goal.   Remember, I said this is really, really simple, but it really, really works if you fully implement this every day in your business.

Step #1 is to simply MAKE IT A PRIORITY!  

  • MAKE it a priority and do whatever it takes to focus on your 90-day goal consistently every day.
  • Decide now, is this a goal that you truly want, that you’re willing to make it a priority, or are you just talking about it?
  • Many people spend their whole lives going from one thing to another looking for a quick and easy way to success.    Some people make a half-hearted commitment to something, and yet tell themselves they are making a total commitment.   They may set a goal and don’t take action on it for a week or a month.

What does MAKING IT A PRIORITY look like to you?  

  • What will you do every day to achieve your goal?
  • Have you written down your list of prime prospect character traits?
  • Have you cut out pictures of your prime prospects?
  • Have you written down your action steps?
  • How will you MAKE IT A PRIORITY to work on your goal every day?
  • How will you measure your progress?
  • How will you share your progress?

Nothing excites people more, than being around someone who has a purpose and a goal.  When it comes to leading by example, you can’t do anything more important than set an example making your goal a priority and doing it consistently every day.

This is one of the greatest gifts you can give your team.   Everybody wants to follow someone who is committed to what they do.  Committed people attract other people like magnets.

Your team will feel the excitement and follow your lead when you share how you’re making your goal a priority every day in your business.
