I woke up this morning to one of my coaching clients booking her next FOUR VIRTUAL parties from following my booking system. It was so exciting to see her success and she felt like she was ON FIRE! So, today I want to share it with you.
I have shared this system with coaching clients in Australia, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. It’s a system that works for everyone in Direct Sales around the world.
The system is all about BOOKING ACTIVITIES. You have to keep doing these booking activities every day. Not ALL of them every day, but at least two to three every day. That’s what keeps your calendar full of VIRTUAL parties.
Notice I said VIRTUAL parties because in this time of quarantine, this is what people are wanting.
- They are wanting “connection” right now and your virtual party helps them connect with their friends.
- They are looking for some “fun” and your virtual party helps them feel light hearted and have fun with their friends.
- The love to learn something new and your virtual party helps them find solutions when you share your products.
- This will be a unique first memorable experience with friends ONLINE together and your virtual party will give them that first-hand experience and learn what’s happening with other friends who are quarantined at home like them.
Here’s the SYSTEM. The 7 top booking activities are:
#1 Planting Booking seeds at every party. This is the perfect way to get VIRTUAL bookings. Just like the good old days at home parties, you plant seeds and offer guests the opportunity to get on your booking calendar. In my Direct Sales Planner system, I show you a 3-booking seed formula at every party.
#2 Reach out to Past Hostesses. They’ve had a lovely experience with you and remember how much fun it was to party with you. They are very likely to want to book a VIRTUAL party and will enjoy the experience of going ONLINE with their friends.
#3 Contact guests who bought but didn’t book. This could be a very long list if you review past parties and connect with these people to see if they’d like to gather a few friends ONLINE. They love the products and may want to invite friends to connect and hear how they’re doing in quarantine time.
#4 Post in your VIP Facebook CUSTOMER GROUP. If you have a healthy engaged customer vip group on Facebook, you have every opportunity to plant seeds, post about your fantastic hostesses, post about the experience they’ll have online with you, and of course mention the great hostess rewards. This is a place to post at least two times a week.
#5 Customers who bought $200 plus in the last 3-6 months. Again this could be quite a list of great customers who love your products and may be ready to go online and have fun hosting and earning great hostess rewards.
#6 Holding a Private Vide/zoom appointment. You have people who would love to learn more about your products, or someone you met online recently and schedule a private video conference to build your relationship with them. They may want to order first to experience the products, but many times when you offer them opportunity to gather friends and be a host, they are ready especially right now.
#7 Maybe Later List. This is an essential tool to have in your business. Many people say, I’m to busy.. or now is not the right time, but “MAYBE LATER.” Create a list of people who want to host later and keep following up until it’s the right time for them.
