What’s the deal with Journaling?  And how does it factor into your success running a profitable business?

  • What would I have done differently today?
  • What am I grateful for today?

Things feel good when you can identify something awesome that happened in your day.

When it comes to the question, “What would I have done differently today,” It’s a lead-in to understanding how I handled obstacles and what I could have done better to overcome them.

I love to write a one-liner for my gratitude for the day and re-reading these sentences is a reminder of my grateful life.

A POWERFUL 5-MINUTE DAILY JOURNALING ROUTINE

There are scientific studies that prove “Journaling every day” is good for your mental health, decreases negative stress and helps people meet their goals.

Start a NEW ROUTINE and find 5 minutes a day to write in THE DAILY JOURNAL

When you create a routine to write in your DAILY JOURNAL every day, it provides a way to organize your life with intention.  

If you like structure find the best time to write and do it the same time every day.

A Mindful Morning Routine!  For some, writing your thoughts when you first wake up you ease into gathering your thoughts and setting goals before jumping into the day ahead.  

An end of day Evening Routine!  For others, they like to write at the end of the day before bedtime to process the day with words of appreciation, gratitude and thoughtfulness.

A Gratitude Writing Routine! Begin your gratitude journey.   Start small and set aside time each day to think or write about three things you’re grateful for.  Write about someone you appreciate.  Being grateful is a wonderful way to remind yourself of the good that surrounds you.

Be consistent writing at the same time every day.

Write about what happened in your day or think thoughts of the day ahead.

When you set up your DAILY ROUTINE, you  become more organized, more successful in your business and writing in your DAILY JOURNAL every day will help you focus on your goals.  You’ll know when to follow up with your list of priorities for that day, and you know the work you’re doing in that day also aligns with your goals.

Writing about your goals, helps you map out your action plan and most of all builds good habits.   Imagine your success when your goals, actions and intentions become more aligned because you’re journaling about them every day.
