woman - strategyI love belonging to groups on Facebook. In my CALENDAR GIRLS Team booking system I work with leaders in creating a positive team Facebook page. It’s one step of the communication system that makes a team become what I call a powerful force that grows to the million dollar level.

I also recommend to my clients to belong to “other” groups on Facebook. It’s a place to build great relationships and I see many people finding new customers, new hostesses and even new recruits from building these relationships. This is all possible if you write positive and professional posts and truly share the benefits of your products and business opportunity. In our CG Academy webinar training we focus on building relationships first.

This week, I read this post and it made me think of what I say in my recruiting classes…    “The recruits you are seeking are also seeking you.”

Here’s what the post said..

I’m looking for an opportunity that is $100.00 or under to join. One where the person I partner with/ join under will be a leader/mentor and not just a butt kisser until I join. I don’t want a monthly auto-ship required to make money. I don’t mind recruiting, but I don’t want to have to build a team in-order to make money. Thank you!  ps. I will not be joining right away. I will be taking a few days or so to research the companies you offer to me. – Thank you

I’ll leave you to your own thoughts if you would respond to this post.

In the RECRUTING BLUEPRINT Home Study program, ONE of the exercises is to write down the character traits of the ideal team member you are seeking to join your team.  Then I show you how to create a vision page of the type of recruit you want on your team.

Like attracts like. When I was growing my million dollar team, it seemed every new team member who joined was a “perfect fit.” We all loved fashion. We all became great friends and loved to help one another. We all wanted to make an income with our business and we loved to support each other’s success. It’s what made our team a powerful force and it was this amazing force that attracted the type of recruits we were seeking.

My list of character traits for my ideal team member was someone who was

  • positive
  • wanted to make money
  • a team player
  • Committed
  • Action-oriented
  • Fun
  • supportive of others
  • looking for leadership
  • integrity
  • warm and generous

We are into the last two months of 2014! If your team isn’t growing or attracting the right type of recruits you are seeking, try this exercise and put your antennae up at every party and holiday event you attend in these very busy months. Make your list of character traits you want in a new recruit, practice “being” that person yourself, and you’ll find the recruits you are seeking will also be seeking you too.

In the Recruiting Blueprint Home Study System, you’ll learn many “valuable” ways to attract your Blueprint Product w Discs no backgroundideal team member and grow a strong and dynamic team. YOU become the “Ideal Recruit” when you master these skills.
