Last night I shared my FREE Webinar called “Turn on the Money Flow in your Direct Sales Business.” On the webinar I taught an exercise I developed which helped me be a top recruiter, and I offered a challenge to everyone on the call.
Then, this morning, I got thinking, about the ripple effect of my challenge! You know, when you drop a pebble in a lake and the ripples expand larger and larger circles. This could be huge! I was so fired up about this, it gave me goose bumps, or as we say n Hawaii, we get “chicken skin.” I got so excited just thinking about what this challenge could do for direct sellers everywhere.
So, here’s the challenge: We have 90 days in the year left til Christmas!
I CHALLENGE YOU to recruit SIX or more people in the next 90 days! If you truly want to grow your team and hit a recruiting goal in 90 days, you love learning this exercise! You’ll learn about the S.O.U. and the W.I.T.A. which is part of the exercise, as well as turn on the money flow in your business.
Here’s what got me so excited! What if hundreds of people took me up on my challenge and what if they all recruited SIX, NINE OR TEN or more people each in the next 90 days?
- Imagine the successes!
- Imagine how many people would step into leadership?
- Imagine how many people would move up a level of leadership?
- Imagine your team hitting it’s highest sales?
- Imagine YOU being a top recruiter in your company?
- Imagine YOU turning on and turning up the money flow in your business?
I could go on and on with the possibilities I see if everyone TOOK THE CHALLENGE!
And the ripple effect? Imagine how that would change people’s lives! You’d see women gain confidence in recruiting. You’d see women building their self esteem stepping up in leading a team. You’d see women earning trip incentives because they recruited six or more people to win double and triple points. And mostly, you’d see women increasing their income. Income that helps them contribute to their family and their lifestyle!
